They will not take on a second search until yours is in it’s far less time consuming final phases. Thus, our consultants will never have more than two searches underway at the same time. This allows for your

consultant to be dedicated to your search; you pay a significant fee for search services and you deserve to be our highest priority. This model also allows your consultant to personally conduct all aspects of your search. They will become intimate with your company, its goals, its culture, the organization, and the position. Your consultant will be dedicated to the execution of the entire search process from A to Z; everything from the initial research through personal interviews, reference checks, offer process, and ongoing communications well after the candidate is hired. Our goal is simple; give the client outstanding, thoroughly evaluated candidates within 30 days.
